Carmen Farris, MSSW, CSW, is an experienced therapist and social services professional with over 20 years of combined experience across social work roles. She specializes in therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, with a strong background in case management, adoption services, and transitional planning for foster youth. Carmen focuses on emotional regulation, impulse control, self-esteem building, and trauma-informed care, and helps clients manage depression and anxiety using CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy. Known for her warm, engaging approach, she is dedicated to creating safe, supportive spaces where clients feel empowered to reach their goals.
